Highlighting
Development of a plaza and functional connections to provide a true gateway to the WTC while reducing the impact of car access to the underground parking.
Exploration
The project offers new urban planning opportunities: Connections with the Desert Park, widening of the sidewalk and securing of the sidewalks on Grey and Gratta-Paille avenues.
Use
Improvement of the social dimension: meeting spaces, spaces for employees to appropriate the offices, outdoor relaxation areas, work-out areas, picnic areas and shared vegetable gardens.
Ecological
Rethinking outdoor spaces, whether it be
in terms of biodiversity, combating heat islands, managing open water, efficient but economical lighting systems, differentiated management that saves maintenance, etc.
